Muscle Up! programs should only be performed if you've already passed the Overhaul Protocol Challenge. In order to guard against silly injuries you should already have developed a reasonable amount of skill and strength when performing the exercises in this program. Competing against a clock is never the time to learn something new.
The high volume of compound movements in this program can leave the beginner extremely sore. Ok, you've been warned.
